Start with the honest number: cost per wipe
Headline price is the wrong number to shop on. Work it out the same way every time, total price divided by wipe count, shipping included, and compare like for like. Here is our retail ladder, before any wholesale pricing:
- 2-pack, $74.99. Two buckets plus two free travel packs, so 1,000 wipes. That is about 7 cents a wipe.
- 4-pack, $124.99. Four buckets plus four free travel packs, so 2,000 wipes. That is about 6 cents a wipe, and works out at $31.25 a bucket.
The number nobody quotes is the one that decides your real cost: how many wipes a person uses per go. A thin, dry wipe gets grabbed two or three at a time, which quietly doubles a cheap wipe's price and empties your bucket twice as fast. Ours are 8" × 6", big enough to do a whole bench in one pass.

Will it damage our equipment?
No. GymSoap is a plant-based cleaning wipe with no alcohol, bleach, ammonia or solvents, which are the four things equipment manufacturers warn about by name. Legend Fitness says harsh chemicals such as bleach or alcohol can void your warranty and damage powder coating and upholstery. Precor warns that bleach and corrosive cleaners weaken the powder coat on frames and damage consoles and screens. TRUE Fitness says never to use glass cleaners, ammonia or alcohol on plexiglass weight stack guards.
GymSoap is safe on vinyl and upholstery, powder-coated steel frames, rubber grips and flooring, plastic shrouds, touchscreens and consoles, leather grips, and yoga and pilates mats. For specialty finishes, follow your equipment maker's care guidance.
It is a cleaner, not a disinfectant
We will not pretend otherwise. GymSoap clears sweat, body oils, chalk and everyday residue and leaves equipment fresh. It is not EPA-registered and makes no claim to kill anything. If your facility separately requires an EPA-registered disinfecting product, use one labelled for that purpose. GymSoap is the wipe-down your members will actually do, several times a day, in between.
That matters more than it sounds. A wipe that is harsh, bleachy and hand-drying gets walked past, and that is the real reason members skip wiping down. A wipe that is pleasant to use gets picked up, and every time it gets picked up is sweat coming off your upholstery instead of sitting on it.
Stocking and reordering
- Put buckets where members already are — by the door and at high-traffic stations, not tucked in a corner.
- Reorder when you open your last bucket, not when you hit empty, so there is always a backup on the shelf.
- No dispensers needed. Flip lid and carry handle, so a bucket moves between rooms as your layout changes.
- Standardise on one wipe. One product your members know is easier to stock, budget and reorder than a rotating mix.
